Reflection on the First Presentation

Hello TN Teachers,

My Comments on the First Presentation
Congratulations! All of you have done quite well in the first presentation. Everyone brought an interesting topic and carefully planned visual aids. Some of the topics were very informative from which we learned something new, such as sky object (Pak Amin), consumer’s behaviors (Bu Eko), ancient life (Bu Tri Puji), composting (Pak Kuncoro), subsidy and inflation (Pak Mur), the use of methematics (Bu Alfi), poverty (Pak Maulana), acid rain (Pak Susilo), polymer (Bu Erawati), and kidney’s health (Bu Ana Murwati).

Several of you decided to bring about topics which carry a very important moral message which is very relevant to our today’s life, such as a campaign to stop smoking (Pak Joko) and drug abuse (Bu Mumpuni).

Two of you demonstrated your awareness of the world current affairs as shown in the choice of your topics, such as terrorism (Bu Dwi) and global warming (Pak Henang).

It was also interesting to see that one of you presented a science topic which was linked to current news as seen in Bu Riyanti’s presentation on DNA finger printing. The case of Mayangsari’s daughter put the topic into context very well.

Now that you have tried your first attempt, it’s time for you to prepare your second presentation. I strongly hope that the second presentation would be a more interesting one with a much better delivery techniques.
